PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER

We are searching for a PE Teacher who will be responsible for advancing the students’ physical ability and knowledge of sports. They will responsible for the welfare of the students and for ensuring that they can gain the qualifications they need to advance their education or their desired career paths after school.

Job Description -

- Supervising practical PE lessons, including both indoor and outdoor classes




- Ensuring that children compete to their ability level and aren’t exposed to unnecessary injury or illness through school sports
- Inspiring school children to take up new sports or athletic pursuits
- Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school year
- Attending parents’ evenings and providing parents with comprehensive reports on their child’s progress
- Training and coaching school sports teams to compete and succeed in nation-wide events
- Transporting individual competitors, school teams and other teachers to and from school sporting events
- Ensuring that students pass their practical and theoretical PE exams

Job Requirements –

- Education – B. Ped/M.Ped
- Experience - Previous experience as a PE Teacher/Sports Teacher is required.
- Have a deep understanding of the subject.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and debating skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
