Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls and support our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls regarding orders, products, and services.
- Follow up with customers and assist with order-related queries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Having valuable experience in sales
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
