Python Full Stack Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Full Stack Trainer to join our training team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python full-stack development, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional training experience.

The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, project-oriented training and guiding students through real-world application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
- Provide practical, hands-on training with real-world projects.
- Train students in Python, web development, databases, APIs, and frontend technologies.
- Guide students in developing and completing full-stack projects.
- Explain programming concepts clearly and effectively to students with different skill levels.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project activities.
- Mentor students and help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current Python full-stack technologies and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Python and Python-based web development.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django and/or Flask.




- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frontend development.
- Knowledge of React or another up-to-date frontend framework is preferred.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and database concepts.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Git/GitHub knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional training experience is mandatory.
- Strong real-world project development experience is required.
- Candidates with experience mentoring students on live/industry-oriented projects will be preferred.

Candidate Eligibility

- Only candidates from the Malayalam-speaking community are eligible for this position.
- Candidates must be currently located in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
- Candidates who are willing to work from our Thiruvananthapuram location are preferred.
