Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (3+ Years) on behalf of our premier client. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity across digital and marketing channels. The ideal candidate must possess advanced, hands-on capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma, and InDesign to translate creative briefs into pixel-perfect marketing assets, layouts, and product-focused visuals.

Responsibilities

- Creative Asset Generation: Conceptualize and develop engaging visual designs, including layouts, digital banners, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and product-related graphics.
- Brand Strategy Alignment: Ensure absolute consistency across all visual touchpoints by strictly adhering to brand guidelines, corporate identity standards, typography systems, and layouts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams and stakeholders to break down complex design briefs into high-utility visual solutions.
- Iterative Design & Revisions: Manage structural design iterations based on team feedback, ensuring final high-quality assets are delivered within tight timelines.
- File Management: Maintain highly organized, layered design files and enforce clean version control practices across the shared repository.
- Visual Precision: Ensure accurate product alignment, focal placement, and superior spatial visual presentation across all designed media.

Mandatory Technical Tools:

- Adobe Photoshop: Expert-level mastery for high-end layout creation,



compositing, and visual editing.
- Figma: Production-level experience for digital layouts, UI components, and collaborative wireframing.
- Adobe InDesign: Strong proficiency in page layouts, publishing formats, and print/digital documentation structure.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Comprehensive, hands-on experience with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.

- Deep understanding of structural design principles, typography, grid alignments, advanced layouts, and visual composition.
- Exceptional creative mindset backed by strong attention to detail and sharp problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables smoothly within strict project deadlines.

Job Details & Logistics

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional graphic design experience.
- Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Work Mode: 5 Days Working (Work From Office).
- Operational Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Transport Benefits: Complimentary Cab Facility available for commutes within a 40 KM radius of the office.

Rigorous Evaluation Process

Selection is heavily weighted on live creative capability. The evaluation includes:

- Skills Round: Fundamental technical discussion around design principles and portfolio review.
- Practical Assessment: A time-bound practical test conducted directly inside Adobe Photoshop. Candidates will be heavily evaluated on creativity, exact product alignment, visual composition, design quality, and fine-grain attention to detail.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
