We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of industrial electronic equipment and systems. The candidate will work with customers to identify technical issues and provide effective service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and service industrial electronic equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and electrical system issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial electronic systems.
- Identify faulty components and coordinate for repair or replacement.
- Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper functioning after service.
- Maintain service reports, customer records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and service activities when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Candidates with knowledge of industrial electronics, electrical systems, or instrumentation will be preferred.
- Freshers can apply; relevant service experience will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
