We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle admissions, follow up on leads, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for smooth enrollment processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.




- Achieve admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust counselling, sales, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
