We are looking for a smart, responsible and friendly candidate who can efficiently manage our front office and confidently interact with students, parents and prospective enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle reception & day-to-day front office activities
✔ Attend calls, WhatsApp messages and walk-in enquiries
✔ Counsel students/parents about our courses & coaching programs
✔ Follow up with enquiries and support admission conversions
✔ Maintain student records, fee follow-ups & basic documentation
✔ Coordinate class schedules and communicate with students/parents
✔ Provide basic administrative support to the Management
✔ Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the Academy
Preferred Skills:
✔ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Confident in speaking with parents and students
✔ Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
✔ Positive follow-up and convincing skills
✔ Responsible, organised and willing to learn
✔ Previous experience in reception/counselling/education sector will be an added advantage
Work Location: Samsiddhi Academy, Neermarga, Mangalore
