Job Overview

Magnet Brains is looking for a skilled Quantitative Aptitude Educator with strong mathematical and analytical abilities to develop examination-focused educational video content. The candidate should be capable of simplifying mathematical concepts, developing exam-oriented questions and creating accurate and engaging content for competitive examination aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

- Create educational video content covering Quantitative Aptitude and Mathematics.
- Develop content on Number System, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Average, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Simple & Compound Interest, Data Interpretation, Probability, Permutation & Combination and related topics.
- Prepare examination-oriented questions, shortcuts, formulas and detailed solutions.
- Research previous-year questions and identify important examination trends.
- Develop structured scripts and educational material for video production.
- Record explicit and engaging educational videos.




- Simplify complex mathematical concepts for competitive examination aspirants.
- Ensure accuracy in calculations, formulas, solutions and examples.
- Keep content aligned with the latest examination syllabus and patterns.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics or a relevant field preferred.
- Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude and competitive examination mathematics.
- Prior experience in Banking, Regulatory, Government or Competitive Exam preparation preferred.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with on-camera video recording.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and practically.
- Strong content research and development skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, Banking, SSC, Insurance, Government or similar competitive examinations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
