We are looking for a confident and passionate Spoken English Tutor to help learners improve their communication, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online Spoken English classes.
- Teach conversational English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to speak confidently and participate actively during sessions.
- Work with the team to understand and modify existing lesson plans and learning activities based on student requirements.
- Track student participation and progress.
- Maintain an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team regarding classes and student requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident conducting online classes.
- Basic understanding of English grammar and sentence structure.
- Good teaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, approachable, and encouraging personality.
- Ability to engage students and make classes interactive.
- Willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods based on student needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage classes responsibly.

Mandatory Technical Requirements





- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Laptop or desktop with a working camera and microphone.
- Good-quality headset/earphones with a microphone for clear communication.
- Quiet and suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Basic familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms.

These technical requirements are mandatory for the role.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Previous experience as an English tutor, teacher, trainer, or communication coach.
- Experience teaching Spoken English or communication skills.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant certification.
- Experience conducting online classes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered English-learning tools.
