Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor a team of Design Specialists to ensure consistent BIM implementation and troubleshooting across all project zones. Assess designer capabilities and productivity to design tailored training programs and hardware upgrade roadmaps. Continuously evaluate emerging BIM technologies, AR/VR integration, and industry trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
2. Technical Excellence & Standardisation
Revit Modeling & Coordination Skills, Clash Detection and Quantification using Navisworks. Knowledge of using ACC/BIM 360. Conduct comprehensive training in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Augmented Reality workflows. Oversee the creation and maintenance of the central Revit Family Database and project templates to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Develop and publish standardized SOPs and Workflows for seamless BIM execution across the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance & Auditing
Systematically track and audit shop drawing quality (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical) to provide actionable feedback to Engineering Managers. Lead specialized training on quality requirements for multi-disciplinary shop drawings to ensure clash-free coordination.
4. Business Development & Client Liaison
Partner with the Sales/BD teams to define BIM requirements during the bidding stage. Develop high-end 3D walkthroughs and simulations from project models to support sales presentations and client visualization.
