Job Overview

A leading Building Materials company is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive market expansion, secondary sales, and dealer network development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through dealers, distributors, retailers and stockists.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and expand market coverage.
- Generate business through contractors, builders, masons and other influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and territory targets.
- Prepare daily market visit reports and provide regular sales updates.
- Ensure effective order generation and follow-up with channel partners.

Mandatory Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Building Materials Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in TMT/Steel, Cement, Paints, Pipes & Fittings, Construction Products or related building-material products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferred.
