Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and customize domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Handle end-to-end tour operations, including hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals for clients.
- Assist customers with travel planning and provide destination-related guidance.
- Manage tour reservations and ensure timely confirmations.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues before, during, and after travel.
- Promote and upsell holiday packages, travel insurance,



and other travel-related services.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tour operations, holiday packages, travel consultancy, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations independently.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related systems/tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
