Tender Executive – Work From Home

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage and support the complete tendering process for government and private-sector customers. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documents, online tender portals, quotations, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders on various tender portals GEM/EPROCURE etc.
- Review tender documents and understand eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial requirements, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, compliance statements, declarations, quotations, and supporting documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted within the specified deadline.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and tender-related correspondence.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal team members for pending documents and information.
- Handle basic email communication with customers.




- Monitor tender status and maintain proper documentation for future reference.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Pref. Commerce)
- 0–1 year of experience in tendering, procurement, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Comfortable working with online portals and preparing documents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
- Prior experience with GeM or other government tender portals will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is responsible, sincere, organized, and willing to learn. Experience in handling technical/government tenders will be an added advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and basic skills are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
