Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality control, and maintenance to support production goals.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
- Monitor and control production costs and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to introduce new products or modify existing ones.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain production documentation including process flows, SOPs, and reports.
- Ensure product quality standards are met through proper process controls and inspections.
- Support training and development of production staff.





Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Must understand Mechanical Fabrication and Machine Drawings in Auto Cad 2D version.
- 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Industry, e.g., machinery, automotive, fabrication, etc..
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
