Role Summary

This is a commission‑based, fully remote position focused on guiding students through academic choices, course selections, and enrollment processes. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convert student inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Guidance — Provide counselling to students on suitable courses, career paths, and academic programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Lead Management — Handle incoming leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate records of student interactions.
- Admissions Support — Assist students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring clarity on documentation, fees, timelines, and program requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Communication Skills — Robust verbal and written communication.
- Counselling Ability — Ability to understand student needs and provide meaningful guidance.
- Sales Orientation — Comfortable working in a target‑driven, commission‑based environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
