Key Responsibilities

- Product Leadership: Lead and scale an emerging product initiative across multiple industry verticals.
- Product Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Growth: Drive product adoption, customer value, market growth, and revenue in a B2B environment.
- SaaS Product Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products from ideation and development through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends and rapidly prototype ideas to identify opportunities for business value.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, customer research, and industry analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Data-Driven Product Decisions: Use customer insights, market data, product analytics, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
- Product Requirements: Translate product strategy, customer needs, and business requirements into clear and actionable PRDs.
- Product Prioritization: Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, market opportunity, and technical feasibility.
- Product Execution: Drive product delivery and execution in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Business, and other functions.
- Product Architecture: Understand platform architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost considerations.
- Product Lifecycle:



Own the ongoing product lifecycle, including enhancements, adoption, performance, and optimization.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define product positioning, launches, adoption strategies, and GTM plans.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer challenges and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, business value, and priorities effectively across organizational levels.
- Business Alignment: Balance customer needs, product strategy, technology capabilities, commercial objectives, and organizational priorities.
- Innovation: Identify and evaluate new opportunities that can create differentiated customer value and competitive advantage.

Required Skills

- 13+ years of overall skilled experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing SaaS products.
- Proven experience growing product revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, product management, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience taking products from concept to launch and scaling them in the market.
- Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and their business applications.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate AI-driven product ideas.
- Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making.
- Solid experience creating PRDs and translating customer needs into product requirements.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills in dynamic environments.
- Understanding of platform architecture, scalability, performance, and cost considerations.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of product GTM strategy and customer adoption.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels.
