Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance before every batch and ensure area/equipment cleanliness.
- Conduct in-process checks such as appearance, colour, odour, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, fill weight/volume, etc.
- Monitor filling and packing for leakage, sealing, coding, labeling, batch number, MFG/EXP dates, and packing defects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, PPE, and cross-contamination controls.
- Collect and submit in-process/finished-product samples to QC.
- Verify BMR/BPR, IPQC, filling, and packing records as per GDP/ALCOA+.
- Identify and immediately report deviations, OOS, defects, and quality issues.
- Verify materials, equipment status, and calibration/verification before use.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC,



Warehouse, and Packing teams.
- Ensure completion of all required IPQC checks before batch review/release.

Qualification & Skills

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or relevant qualification.
- Experience in Cosmetics/Personal Care/Pharma/FMCG manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, IPQC, GDP, SOPs, and batch documentation.
- Solid observation, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
