Requirements:
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods for 4–5-year-olds, using child-friendly language and appropriate teaching aids, with effective use of repetition to reinforce learning and encouragement across multidisciplinary areas.
- Solid understanding of the curriculum and lesson planning, with the ability to incorporate any discussed changes accurately and implement them without confusion.
- Knowledge of phonics, word formation, pronunciation, and correct usage of the English language.
- Basic ability to interact with parents, address concerns and complaints, and respond to queries according to their individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in a reputed pre-primary or primary school.
