Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Email Marketing Creative Strategist (5+ Years) on behalf of our premium client. This unique role thrives at the strict intersection of visual creativity and performance analytics. You will serve as the strategic mastermind behind high-impact email campaigns, translating consumer insights into powerful content narratives that boost engagement, maximize conversions, and deepen customer loyalty. You will take end-to-end ownership of email flows, newsletters, and promotional cycles while ensuring that all messaging perfectly aligns with a luxury brand's global expectations.

Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Lifecycle Development

- Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize, blueprint, and execute comprehensive email campaigns, including high-aesthetic newsletters, drip sequences, seasonal promotional blasts, and automated reactivation flows.
- Luxury Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-converting email copy that perfectly echoes the brand's premium tone, visual guidelines, and storytelling standards.
- Advanced Cohort Segmentation: Build laser-targeted behavioral customer segments across enterprise marketing platforms to optimize delivery accuracy.
- Automated Flow Design: Map out and configure advanced automated retention paths, including customer onboarding, cart abandonment recovery, high-value win-back campaigns, and tailored post-purchase sequences.

2. Creative Leadership & Visual Asset Coordination

- Cross-Functional Briefing: Lead the creative lifecycle by translating business goals into detailed production briefs for copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and 3D rendering teams.
- Visual Asset Production: Directly coordinate product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, and 3D rendering projects to generate high-quality visual content tailored specifically for email templates.
- UGC Integration:



Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to seamlessly weave user-generated content (UGC), social testimonials, and partnership assets into ongoing email tracks.

3. Performance Optimization & Analytical Reporting

- KPI Track Management: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and benchmark essential funnel metrics, including Open Rates, Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates, and directly attributed revenue.
- Rigorous Testing Frameworks: Design and run continuous A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, design layouts, visual styles, and call-to-action (CTA) positioning to uncover maximum lift.
- Executive Performance Reporting: Deliver highly analytical, data-grounded performance reports to senior stakeholders, mapping email campaign results directly to broader corporate revenue targets.

Required Technical Skills & Tool Expertise:

- Martech Platform Mastery: Robust, hands-on configuration experience with top-tier marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Attentive.
- Analytics Frameworks: Deep fluency in parsing performance metrics through platforms like Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, or dedicated ESP dashboards.
- Testing Methods: Proven expertise establishing reliable A/B testing methodologies and multi-variable content matrix tracking.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in email marketing, content strategy, or performance marketing.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience within the E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) domains is heavily preferred (exposure to luxury goods, lifestyle, or fine jewelry brands is a major asset).
- Soft Skills: Flawless verbal and written communication with an exceptional flair for storytelling, luxury branding, and quick-paced project management.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
