Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Travel Executives (Freshers or Experienced) to join our energetic team. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training before starting live operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage online systems, sales, and marketing for international holiday packages and flight ticketing.

● Pitch and sell travel solutions to individual and corporate clients globally.

● Coordinate with suppliers and vendors worldwide to ensure best rates and service quality.

● Prepare and send tailored travel quotations via email, phone, Skype, and webinars.

● Maintain and optimize relationships with clients for repeat business.

● Handle all work from the office; limited outside travel may be required.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Solid written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory).

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Tourism, Hotel Management, or MBA (Marketing).

Additional Details

● Training Period: 3 months (comprehensive practical exposure).

● Interview Process: Single round – candidates must attend in person with relevant documents.

● Compensation:

● Candidates without travel industry experience: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month + performance-based incentives (Salary depends upon interview performance, experience, and last drawn/in-hand salary. Incentives are based on achieved targets.)

● Experienced travel professionals: Salary hike based on current/in-hand salary + performance-based incentives
