Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Admission Counselor / Tele-sales Executive to join our growth team in Jaipur. In this role, you will interact directly with prospective candidates, guide them through our industry-ready programs, and drive course enrollments to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Connect with warm and hot leads (inbound/outbound) to analyze candidates' career goals, skill gaps, and learning interests.
- Course Pitching & Counseling: Conduct insightful counseling sessions to demonstrate the tangible career benefits of our specialized courses (AI, Trading, Finance, and Business).
- Objection Handling & Closing:



Address student queries and concerns regarding course duration, fee structures, modules, and ROI to close sales efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Data Management: Maintain clear, organized daily call logs, pipeline updates, and prospective student details using CRM and tracking tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, or business-related stream preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in EdTech Sales, Course Counseling, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent, fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Core Competencies: Target-driven mindset, persuasive pitch skills, strong objection handling, active listening, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
