We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with knowledge of stock market, trading, and SIP products. This is a target-driven sales role, where the candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential and interested leads
- Explain stock market services, trading plans, and SIP products
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
- Handle customer queries related to investment services
- Maintain daily follow-ups and strong client relationships
- Update CRM with call details, lead status, and conversions
- Share daily/weekly performance reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of telesales experience (financial services preferred)
- Basic understanding of stock market, SIP, and trading concepts
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good communication skills (Hindi required,
- Are confident in sales and closing deals
- Can work in a target-driven workplace
- Have interest or experience in stock market / trading
