Key Responsibilities

Experience - 15 to 20 yrs

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Valid C License issued by the Electrical Licensing Board.

Electrical Maintenance & Operations

- Ensure smooth functioning of HT/LT electrical systems across the plant.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor transformers, switchgears, motors, VFDs, PCCs, MCCs, DG sets, and electrical panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical failures and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.

Power Management

- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with EB authorities regarding power supply, demand management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage electrical load distribution and ensure optimal utilization of power resources.
- Monitor DG set operations and backup power systems.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Electrical Inspectorate regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain valid electrical licenses, permits, and approvals.
- Conduct electrical safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and accident prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety norms and environmental regulations.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Allocate maintenance activities and monitor team performance.




- Train employees on electrical safety and maintenance best practices.
- Develop departmental SOPs and work instructions.

Project Management

- Handle electrical installation projects, machine commissioning, and capacity expansions.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for plant electrical infrastructure.
- Manage annual electrical maintenance budgets and cost controls.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Valid C License issued by the Electrical Licensing Board.
- Additional certification in Electrical Safety or Energy Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- min 15 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in Textile, Spinning, Weaving, Processing, or Manufacturing industries preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, and switchgear operations.
- Expertise in PLC, VFD, motors, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Energy conservation and power management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.

Pay: ₹32,149.97 - ₹74,483.80 per month
