Job Title: Compliance Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Compliance Executive at Insteel Engineers will be responsible for ensuring that all HR operations comply with statutory regulations and internal policies. This role involves monitoring labor law compliance, maintaining accurate records, coordinating audits, and supporting the implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws (e.g., ESIC, PF, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, etc.)
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records as required by law
- Coordinate with consultants for timely submission of returns and challans (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Handle labor contractor documentation, license renewal, and compliance audit checks
- Monitor and track compliance across locations/sites to avoid any legal risks
- Assist in internal and external HR audits and inspections by government bodies
- Maintain employee files and HR records as per compliance standards
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for management




- Support HR in implementing new HR policies and processes in line with legal guidelines
- Conduct periodic training for employees on compliance-related topics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR compliance (EPC/Construction industry preferred)
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Robust communication and coordination skills
