Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch sales targets for HL/LAP products.
- Lead and manage a team of 4 sales executives.
- Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide the team in lead generation and loan closures.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular support.
