Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who will provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support while also taking responsibility for developing and managing a small portfolio of 3–4 clients.

The role will be a combination of Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop customer and prospect databases.
- Handle vendor registrations and coordinate related documentation.
- Manage existing customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and proposals.




- Generate new leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Send marketing emails and follow up with prospective customers.
- Support day-to-day sales administration, reporting, and documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities to support business growth.

Key Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
- Previous experience in sales support, inside sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Undri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
