Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on solar PV systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system performance issues, including panels, inverters, monitoring systems, wiring, and electrical components.

Conduct electrical testing using appropriate tools and equipment.

Respond to service calls and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely manner.

Complete system commissioning, performance verification, and operational testing.

Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and work orders.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, electrical codes, and industry standards.

Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and management.

Coordinate with engineering, installation, and operations teams as needed.

Maintain service vehicles, tools,



and inventory of replacement parts.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

Experience in solar PV installation, service, maintenance, or electrical work.

Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, site plans, and technical manuals.

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
