We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The candidate should also be comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with existing and new leads on a regular basis.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations and product information with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to convert leads into sales.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
