- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and Boolean/X-Ray searches.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Assist in achieving daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring requirements.
- Robust Communication.
