Job Description – Mechanical Technical Executive (Machinery)

Position: Mechanical Technical Executive – Machinery
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Handle technical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with operators, technicians, vendors, and service engineers.
- Maintain machinery maintenance records, checklists, and technical reports.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, calibration, and functioning of machinery.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement effective corrective measures.
- Supervise repair, replacement, and maintenance of mechanical components.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with management regarding machine requirements, repairs,



and technical improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, etc.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and machine manuals.
- Valuable knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Practical, hands-on approach to machinery-related technical issues.

Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance/technical operations.
- Candidates with strong hands-on machinery experience will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, technically sound, and capable of independently handling machinery-related issues.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
