Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, energetic, and versatile Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team at Hair Wigs Studio. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand—driving our social media presence by writing scripts, shooting engaging raw footage inside our studio, editing high-performing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTubes), and managing day-to-day posts.

If you are obsessed with social media trends, know how to capture high-impact before-and-after transformations, and can take a video from raw concept to final edit, we want to hear from you.

Your Role & Tasks:

- Scriptwriting & Ideation: Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and write engaging video scripts tailored for hair transformation reels, client stories, product showcases, and trend-based content.
- Video Shooting: Direct, setup, and shoot high-quality video content (using smartphones/cameras) inside the studio, capturing client transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational content.
- Video Editing: Cut, assemble, color grade, add captions/effects, sync trending audio, and edit raw footage into polished, high-engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos).
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute weekly content calendars,



write catchy captions, research relevant hashtags, schedule posts, and monitor engagement trends across social platforms.
- Trend Spotting: Keep up with quick-moving beauty and viral social trends, audio, and formats to keep the studio's brand relevant and engaging.

Your Profile:

- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in short-form video creation, video editing, and social media management (beauty, salon, lifestyle, or retail industry experience is a major plus).
- Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of camera composition, basic lighting, audio quality, and mobile cinematography.
- Solid scriptwriting ability with a strong grasp of storytelling, hooks, and viewer retention techniques.
- A strong portfolio or active social media links demonstrating prior video shooting and editing work (Mandatory).
- Fluency in Hindi and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to direct clients and studio staff comfortably during video shoots.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
