Job Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to machine breakdowns promptly and restore operations.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as per the maintenance calendar.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults in production equipment.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
- Record maintenance activities, downtime and repair history.
- Ensure machines are maintained as per safety and statutory requirements.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance windows.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC-based machines and control panels is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and testing instruments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency calls.
- Good problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
