Job Description — Barista

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages including coffee, matcha, protein shakes, smoothies, and specialty drinks.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, matcha, protein drinks, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Manage basic beverage inventory and stock.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Support daily café/outlet operations.

Requirements

- Previous barista/café experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Interest in healthy/protein-based beverages is a plus.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Clean, punctual, energetic, and willing to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
