Key Responsibilities

Transportation

- Provide safe and timely pick-up and drop-off services for professors, guest faculty, and authorized staff.
- Follow daily transportation schedules as assigned by the Administration team.
- Adjust routes when required to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic conditions.
- Assist with transportation for official meetings, seminars, workshops, and other organizational events.

Vehicle Maintenance

- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in valuable working condition.
- Perform daily checks of fuel, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, lights, and brakes.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure timely servicing, pollution checks, insurance, and registration renewals as directed.

Documentation

Maintain accurate daily vehicle logbooks, including mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.

Submit travel records and fuel receipts as required.

Safety & Compliance

Drive responsibly and comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Ensure the safety and comfort of professors at all times.

Maintain a valid driving licence and comply with company policies.

Immediately report any accidents, traffic violations,



or vehicle-related incidents.

Professional Conduct

- Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance.
- Be courteous, respectful, and maintain confidentiality regarding professors information and travel schedules.
- Be available for occasional early morning, evening, weekend, or outstation travel when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 98% on-time professor pick-up and drop-off
- Zero preventable accidents or major traffic violations
- 100% vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Timely completion of scheduled trips
- Accurate maintenance of vehicle logbook and travel records
- High level of professionalism and positive feedback from faculty and management

Qualifications

- Minimum High School (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Valid LMV driving licence.
- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Clean driving record.
- Secure driving practices
- Time management and punctuality
- Professional communication
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
