Job Vacancy: Senior Recruitment Executive
Location: Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala
Company: Overseas Manpower Agency
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Executive (Male/Female) with 3–5 years of experience in an overseas manpower agency. The candidate must have proven expertise in candidate sourcing, client coordination, new business development and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically in an overseas manpower company
- Robust knowledge of recruitment procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
