Job Description:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Homeroom Teacher for primary grades. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young learners and capable of creating a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment that supports early development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the class

* Teach basic subjects including English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies

* Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities

* Foster students’ social, emotional, and academic growth

* Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and nurturing way

* Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents

* Organize classroom materials, activities, and events

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master's preferred)





* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young children

* Ability to handle and engage primary school students

Preferred Qualifications:

* B.Ed or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

* Prior experience teaching primary grades (1–5)

* Knowledge of child-centered teaching methods

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
