Adhere to all hospital policies and nursing code of conduct.
Develop objectives for the management of nursing care.
Co-operate with personal of other departments and nursing personal in providing for Patient total needs.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-care
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and neurological status.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and nutrition as prescribed..
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Ensure strict infection control and aseptic
- follow the protocol of post operative patient care
- Prepare patients for surgeries, diagnostic tests, or other medical procedures.
