Job Title: Solar Project Manager
Location: Fatehpur, (UP)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee and manage solar project execution across multiple sites in Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective team coordination.

Roll & Responsibilities:

- Manage complete life-cycle of solar projects from planning to commissioning
- Oversee solar plant execution including site preparation, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and manage in office teams, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, approvals) for smooth execution
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies




- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management
- Strong knowledge of solar plant execution (ground mount preferred)
- Proven experience in team management and coordination
- Good understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously
- Good communication and reporting skills

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
