Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities, along with documenting findings and solutions to support ongoing system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.




- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps, AWS or AZure (EKS, AKS, S3), Mircroservices (Java/Spring), IAC - Terraform, Scripts - Shell Scripts, YAML,CI/CD Harness or Jenkins or GitHub Actions

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks related to cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues involving multiple integrated components.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to proactively detect and address system anomalies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
