About the Role

We are looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Consultant to lead sales of premium residential and investment properties in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local market, an established network, and a consistent track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell residential, luxury, and investment properties across Gandhinagar
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, builders, developers, and channel partners
- Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing across Gandhinagar




- Ensure complete documentation and compliance throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

- Based in Gandhinagar, with strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proven experience in residential or investment property sales in Gandhinagar
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting (candidates with less experience but a solid sales track record are welcome to apply)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Experience with GIFT City properties is an added advantage
