We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting monthly sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This is a target-based sales role that offers attractive performance incentives in addition to a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and support the team for growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
