Ayana Jewellers is seeking a full-time Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who will not only assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry but also travel to workshops to oversee orders, coordinate with craftsmen, and ensure seamless execution of designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized jewelry recommendations.
- Travel to workshops to monitor orders, communicate specifications, and maintain quality standards.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and artisans.
- Provide information on product features, pricing, and craftsmanship.
- Ensure the showroom and product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.




- Assist with billing and basic documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid driving license (mandatory) and willingness to travel as required.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
