- Positive knowledge of Coimbatore and surrounding areas

- Able to use Google Maps and smartphone apps

- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered

- Willing to work flexible shifts

- Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained

- Follow Red Taxi guidelines and traffic rules

- Report any vehicle issues promptly
