Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of projects from project kick-off to successful closure.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
- Convert client requirements into explicit and actionable briefs for internal technical teams.
- Track project progress and proactively identify delays, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and deployment activities at client sites.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and the client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep clients updated about project progress, pending activities, challenges, and expected timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, changes, testing, training, and closure.
- Handle client queries related to applications, installations,



and technical issues.
- Visit client sites for demos, training, and support when required. Coordinate with the internal Software & Hardware teams for issue resolution and upgrades
- Support client onboarding by explaining features and usage clearly.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on project learnings and client feedback.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
