Job Responsibilities:
● Lead the architectural design and development of high-end villas from concept to completion.
● Develop innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing villa designs that align with the company’s vision.
● Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and interior designers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
● Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines. ● Oversee site visits, provide technical guidance,



and resolve design-related challenges during construction.
● Research and integrate new trends, materials, and technologies into villa designs. ● Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver bespoke solutions.
● Manage and mentor junior architects and designers within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
● 6+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and villa projects. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
● Strong understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles.
● Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and a passion for innovation in architectural design.
● Knowledge of local construction laws, zoning regulations, and approval processes.
