Salesforce Security BA / Program & Operating Model Analyst

Experience 6 to 8 Years Location: Remote

We are looking for a resource with a blend of business analysis, program coordination, documentation, governance support, and technology operating model experience.

- Experience with Business Analysis & requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Security Governance Documentation: Document monitoring taxonomies, detection catalogs, and core compliance frameworks.
- Access Control & Requirements: Gather and define business needs for org-level, object-level, field-level, and record-level security controls.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Create and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and SOPs for security and audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops with cybersecurity, architecture, and business teams to capture critical security decisions.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Help align the platform with regulatory standards (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001)



and assist with evidence collection.
- Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of user permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience writing functional specifications, process flows, and detailed user stories.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical security risks into explicit concepts for executive presentations.
- Security Framework Exposure: Familiarity with standard cybersecurity controls or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
