Your Role

Airbus Windchill PLM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Airbus Windchill PLM solutions. You will work closely with business users, engineering stakeholders, and project teams to validate product lifecycle management processes, drive testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions across Airbus applications including PASS, MDM-R, GRAIL, and PDMLink CC. In this role, you will: · Analyse business requirements and contribute to test scope definition, estimation, and workload planning. · Design, develop, and execute end-to-end functional test scenarios for Airbus Windchill PLM applications. · Create, maintain, and update comprehensive test scripts, test cases, and supporting documentation. · Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring quality standards are met. · Monitor test execution progress and provide regular reporting on quality metrics, defect status, and testing outcomes. · Collaborate closely with business users, onsite teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. · Independently lead testing activities for assigned modules,



ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision. · Facilitate test reviews, walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings, and awareness sessions to support project success. · Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and contribute to successful solution deployment. · Validate system functionality and data integrity through backend and frontend testing approaches.

Your Profile

8–12 years of experience in Functional Testing, preferably within the Airbus domain and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments. · Strong expertise in Airbus business processes and Product Configuration Management. · Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM applications, including PASS, MDM-R, GRAIL, and PDMLink CC. · Strong knowledge of Windchill System Administration, Data Model Management, Type & Attribute Configuration, Workflow Management, Release Management, and Access Control (ACL). · Proven experience in Functional Testing, Migration Testing, Defect Lifecycle Management, and UAT Support. · Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation, analysis, and verification against application behaviour. · Familiarity with CATIA V5, CADINT, Windchill Gateway for MCAD (WGM),



and related engineering tools. · Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall methodology. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. · Ability to drive discussions, coordinate across multiple teams, and lead testing activities independently. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with a proactive approach to quality assurance. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
