Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
- Track key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to scale brand growth
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- D2C/eCommerce or agency experience preferred
- Result-oriented mindset with strong execution skills
