KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production Planning & Operations

- Manage day-to-day production activities
- Plan production schedules as per project requirements
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Monitor production workflow and operational efficiency
- Supervise fabrication and manufacturing activities

2. MANPOWER & TEAM MANAGEMENT

- Supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements
- Monitor workforce productivity and discipline
- Coordinate shift planning and work allocation
- Ensure proper communication within production team

3. QUALITY CONTROL & SAFETY

- Ensure production quality standards are maintained
- Monitor quality inspection processes
- Reduce production errors and material wastage
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on shop floor
- Maintain clean and organized production area

4. MATERIAL & MACHINE MANAGEMENT

- Coordinate material availability with Stores and Purchase department
- Monitor raw material utilization and stock usage
- Ensure proper machine handling and maintenance coordination
- Minimize production downtime and operational delays
- Maintain machine utilization records

5. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

- Maintain daily production reports
- Prepare production progress updates
- Maintain manpower and production records
- Support production MIS reporting
- Maintain documentation related to production activities

6. COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with Project team for production planning
- Coordinate with Purchase department for material requirements
- Coordinate with Stores department for stock and material movement




- Coordinate with Quality team for inspection activities
- Support management reporting requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Knowledge

- Production planning and scheduling
- Fabrication and manufacturing process understanding
- Quality control procedures
- Material handling and utilization
- Manpower handling and supervision
- Production documentation and reporting

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

- MS Excel mandatory
- ERP/software knowledge preferred
- Production reporting system knowledge preferred

- Experience in project-based manufacturing company preferred
- Knowledge of cleanroom or HVAC fabrication processes
- Ability to independently handle production operations
- Strong team management and coordination ability

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
