Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Telesales Executive & Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Telesales & Customer Support
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company products/services, prices, and offers clearly.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
* Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
* Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
Back Office & Data Management
* Enter, update, and maintain customer and company data accurately.
* Verify information and identify and correct discrepancies.
* Maintain digital and physical records for easy access.
* Prepare basic reports and provide information to internal teams.
* Assist with order processing, documentation, and other administrative activities.
* Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
* Handle confidential customer and company information responsibly.
Skills Required:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
